Your JourneyDays 1 - 5: Central Kalahari Game Reserve Enter the pristine wilderness of vast open spaces, uninterrupted beauty and clear night skies in the largest game reserve in Botswana, the undeveloped wilderness of the Kalahari. Walk with local Bushmen trackers for an insight into their unique and intriguing culture. This is adventure camping in its purest form as water and communications are limited. Day 6: Maun – overnight in a comfortable lodge Days 7 – 9: Okavango Delta Explore the Delta by mokoro (dug-out canoe) excursions and nature walks on the islands and flood plains. Travel deeper into the Delta by motorboat along the narrow papyrus-lined channels enjoying the exquisite birdlife as well as many species of animals. Days 10 - 12: Moremi Game Reserve One of the best wilderness areas of Botswana which covers swamp and dry land providing a the wide variety of wildlife and birds. Game drives in the early morning as the sun rises and late afternoon as the sun sets will be the norm. Days 13 – 15: Chobe National Park Enter the dry Savuti region where bull elephants dot the waving grasslands then head for the Chobe River.
