Day 1 Dubrovnik:
Arrive Dubrovnik Airport and transfer to the town of Gruda in the area of Konavle, the most southern part of the region of Dubrovnik. Briefing with local tour manager.
Day 2 Konavle (Walking distance 18 km):
Circuit walk through forest to beautiful Pasjaca Beach and back to Radovcici.
Day 3 Lopud Island (Walking distance 11km):
Morning boat transfer to Lopud Island, a charming peaceful place with good beaches, no traffic and home to just 300 people. It has a glorious maritime past with atmospheric reminders of a port, fortress and churches dating from the 15th and 16th centuries. Walk around the island and enjoy the beaches. Return to Dubrovnik late afternoon.
Day 4 Island of Sipan (Walking distance:14 km)
Boat transfer to Sipan, an island with a rich cultural heritage and characterised by a rich Mediterranean vegetation of vineyards, olive trees and pine forests - perfect for walking. There are also old churches, summer palaces and hidden bays. Return by boat to Dubrovnik for overnight.
Day 5 Island of Mljet (Walking distance 9km):
Boat transfer to Mljet this morning, an island 37 kilometres long, covered in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, skirted by clear blue sea, numerous bays, beaches and cliffs. There are several villages and two lovely salt lakes, one which has a Benedictine Monastery on St Mary Island in its centre. Walk up the highest hill, Montokuc for spectacular views of the island and mainland. Overnight stay on the island.
Day 6 Island of Mljet (Walking distance 15km):
Walk through the National Park and around the salt lakes. Swim and enjoy lunch in the small restaurant on the island of St Mary (not included). Overnight on the island.
Day 7 Dubrovnik
Return by boat to Dubrovnik. A two hour walking tour of Old Town Dubrovnik is included today. Then you have free time to wander this beautiful historic city.
Tour ends after breakfast. Transfer to Dubrovnik Airport.
Moderate - some hills over rocky paths but not long walking days and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Experience the region of Southern Dalmatia and Dubrovnik on this week of walking between the mainland coast and islands. This sparsely populated part of Croatia has breathtaking natural features and cultural highlights lined up close together. The highlight of the trip is the Old Town of Dubrovnik which became a World Heritage site in 1979. The1,940 metre long city walls are among the most beautiful and best preserved middle-age fortifications in Europe. There are no cars in the Old Town and the cobbled streets are packed with charming restaurants and lined with beautiful examples of Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque architecture.
