Our bike tours in Southern Dalmatia, the smallest and most sparsely populated region of Croatia, will take you past unique little towns and the beautiful island countryside. Experience the beautiful island of Korčula with its picturesque old township; the wine growing peninsula of Pelješac; and, on the south of the peninsula, the island of Mljet, with its impressive national park. Our tour guide will guide you through the towns of Trogir, Hvar, Stari Grad and Korčula, some of which are protected as UNESCO‘s World Heritage sites.
Day 1 (Saturday) Embarkation in Trogir:
Arrive Trogir (5km from Split Airport) . Board your vessel between 2.00 pm and 2.30pm. Depart at 4 pm from Trogir to the island of Šolta - On the way we have the opportunity to take a refreshing swim off the boat.
Day 2 (Sunday) Hvar & Vis
Sail to Hvar where a sightseeing tour takes us to the Spanish fortress with magnificent views of the town. Around noon the boat will take us to Komiža on the island of Vis, which was colonised by the Greeks and is the most remote inhabited island from the Dalmatian mainland. Our tour guide will lead a group hike this afternoon and you may have time for a refreshing swim from the boat.
Day 3 (Monday) Korcula:
Early morning cross to Korcula stopping in Racisce for a combination ride and hike to the old town. Alternatively take the ship direct to the old town, where the evening is spent in the bustling port.
Day 4 (Tuesday) Island of Hvar:
We sail to Stari Grad located on the north side of the island Hvar – taking time for a swim and lunch on board. Stari Grad and its old town has become a mecca for artists and art lovers. Afterwards we cycle to Jelsa, reaching the boat around 5.30pm before sailing to the island of Brač. Enjoy a special Captain’s dinner tonight.
Day 5 (Wednesday) Islands of Hvar and Brač:
After breakfast we go ashore at Brač Island and participate in a little Olympic competition before we leave for Lovrecina, from where we hike (approx 1.5 hours) along the shoreline to our overnight stay at Postira.
Day 6 (Thursday) Cetina Canyon – Omiš - Island of Solta
After a short crossing to Omiš with its pirate castles, you can choose either in a rafting tour on the Cetina River (not included in the tour price) or explore the old town of Omis and its pirate castle on foot. Cruise to the island of Solta where we anchor.
